Well, to answer your question about fathers day here, im pretty sure they dont because i didnt hear one thing about it here. On the other hand i feel like they do, but its just not as big maybe, I dont know haha.

> This week has been pretty interesting thats for sure, received my new companion Elder Capela on tuesday. He is from Sau Paulo, south part. He has about the same time as me on the mission and he is pretty cool! He likes to skateboard, and stuf flike that.. he is pretty cool though. He is really different then my other companions haha thats for sure, He is a good worker though, this past week he´s had some issues with his feet and ankles, its because of the area haha so many hills and stairs, im pretty used to the hills and walking fast to get to places so i usually walk really fast just because thats what you do, but he isnt used to it so we need to keep it down a little bit. Its funny, because I know the area, and all the roads and towns and where to go and all of our investigators but he knows the language so we work together pretty well. Oh, by the way he knows pretty much no english seriously about zero.. So its been pretty fun this past week haha Im teaching him english, and when he trys to speak english to me it litterally gives me the biggest laugh.. its so funny.

> This past week ive really taken the liberty of getting out there and working and planning for us to make sure our days are good. Its been pretty cool though, put two more people on date, but we had to cut two others on date because they talked to there pastors about it and they just railed on the church.. made me pretty mad actually.. We really only had four days to really work this week, and we still hit standard of excellence which is a miracle. Monday was p-day, tuesday was transfers, and wednesday was the first day of copa do mundo.. so terrible i hate it as a missionary. Whenever Brazil plays we need to go into our house and study.. so we had to stay in our house for 5 hours wednesday.. our street was packed with people with insanely loud firworks that blow chunks out of the side walks.. not even kidding.. my ears hurt so badly because it was all outside our house, they would set a firework off and all the car alarms would go too because its so looud.. everyone had horns and anything they could use to make noise. It was so annoying, tomorrow another game will happen too.. we´ll see how it goes. United States plays today against ganha though! Should be pretty good from what I heard no one here cares about the U.S. haha. Itll be off and on for the next month for Copa Do mundo.. Wish me luck.

> Other than that, the week has been good. Lots of work, thats all I need! My area is pretty spread out, Grajaú has two areas I have number 1 and the other is 2 mine is all hills and fivelas. The other is the center of the city and a couple of neighborhoods. Its super different. Weve been realy working in linhares and bom jardim because no missionaries really wokred there because its a 30-40 min walk from our house in Snta Candida. Everyday we make our walk over there to teach and find people. Weve seen success so well continue to work there. We had three people ready to go to church yesterday, they all agreed and we had to go and get them, so yesterday we woke up at 6, left at 6;30 walked to linhares to get them. We got there around 7ish and they couldnt.. We got so mad. Then after that we had to walk all the near the city for church. That was definitely pretty tough. But, hey what can you do.
