Good morning! I have to keep this pretty quick considering I'm doing a lot of traveling today. What a week though! Man.. it's been crazy. It's been a mad dash to get everything done here in Portsmouth before I leave. So many people to see, and things to accomplish! It's been a pretty sad week though, well i guess you can say bitter sweet. I'm super pumped to go to Brazil finally, but on the other hand I am so sad to leave Portsmouth! It's been like riding a roller coaster over here haha. Throughout the week it's been like everyone is just saying goodbye to me. I'm like no no wait I still I have a few days, no need to say goodbye yet! It's been rough. Everything I do is like itll be my last time dong this in america and so on haha. If this is how every transfer to a new area will be like then it'll be pretty tough.
Friday night the ward put on a talent show, and they asked Elder Barney and I to be the M.C's! It was pretty fun, I had such a blast. Yesterday was a pretty awesome day too, the Sabbath day is always perfect. We had church like usual Bishop made me get up and give my testimony and farewell.. Then we went over to Bishops home for a youth fireside to help out and had dinner and socialized and said my last goodbyes! We also taught a bunch of lessons this past week, really been trying to focus on the now, rather than the future such as going to Brazil and just leaving my sweat, tears, and blood into the work here in Portsmouth. It'll be hard to leave, because we set this next transfer up for complete success, we'll have a couple of baptisms, possible saves, and tons of opportunities to make new gators. It's hard not being able to be there during that time, not being able to partake of that fruit is sad, but it doesn't matter at all in missionary work. Work is work and that is all there is too it.
The plan for today is to drive all the way to Charelston WV, get all my stuff then get on with the other phase of my mission in Brazil. I'll be arriving in Rio tomorrow morning. Nice 10 hour flight though should be splendid haha. I'm not sure when the next time I'll be able to email you is most likely next monday I would imagine. I guess we'll have to find out then wont we! :) I hope you guys are all having a wonderful day and have a wonderful week! Hope to hear from you guys soon! Love you guys!
