Elder Kenning is waiting to hear from you.
This weeks letter is short and very personal in nature. Therefore, I will not be posting most of it. I am sure you understand. Regarding this, He did say that he prayed for more trials so that he could grow more.....

Dear Family,
I don't know what to say about mission ties. Sometimes it takes a week to get a letter, mostly 3-4 days, but sometimes it is awesome. Mom, I got your letter regarding 'packages' today! That was really fast. The letters by regular mail have been going pretty fast as well. The letters you have sent me only take 5 days! The mail here is totally crazy.
I don't leave the MTC until the 30th. I don't remember the mission home address. Next week I will let you know.
This week has been definitely crazy for me. On Friday I went out proselyting for real. They only gave me and my companion 4 B of M's. We got rid of them in 15 minutes. We gave 3 to a bunch of guys who were smoking and who wanted to better their lives, and 1 guy came to us asking if he could get one. He wanted to know how much, but of course it was free so he was really excited.
I am glad to hear that the ward is going well even though so many people have moved. When I get back it will be so different. Encourage people to write me! I have written about 20 letters to various members of the ward and haven't received anything back yet! I know everyone is really busy.
Well, I need to get going! Thank you for all your prayers and your support. I love you all very much! This mission is truly the Lord's work and it is wicked exciting!
Love, Elder Kenning
