good morning folks. How sit going down over there? Hows was the week? Sounds like its getting really nasty over there with the rain and snow melt huh?Wow, that really stinks about the car tire over there dad. Can´t believe its getting that bad! I hope the car wheel comes in soon, so that everything can go back to normal. Kimball.. i literally have no words to describe how i feel about that shirt.. its pretty what can I say.. hmmm.. gay. yeah thats the word. Kimball watch out man, your appearance is everything.. i know that as a missionary because im representing Jesus Christ, and for that we dress like we do. But i guess you are representing yourself.. hahaha kimball you look really tall too, and grown up actually... do you have a pedro mustache? I guess itll be hilarious to come home to see the style of things.. but anyway thanks kimball ill be looking out for that letter, im actually really excited to get a letter from you, I dont get too many letters haha so its always a treat.
So here in Viçosa has been quite interesting.. so we didnt baptise anyone this week bevause we had conference, We had the very first conference of the new district of Leopoldino. So a new district was created here in the church, it was really historic, President Cascardi and his counselers came and called the new district president and organized it all. It was awesome, we had to travel to watch that about 2 hours. We traveled with the branch in a van they rented.. it was pretty interesting. So that was intersting.
We should have three confirmations this sunday and two baptisms. Im stoked out of my mind. We are just shredding this area apart with our work. Ive never been so dedicated in my entire life to this work until this point in my mission. Ive literally gotten to the point where ive given everything up, and surrendered myself to the Lord and his will. For that we are being really blessed here in this area. Its taken a long time, work and breaking my head to get to this point but ive done it and im stoked to go about my mission, dont know if i want it to end.. Im loving the mission. Ill be honest its been incredibly hard but its been amazing. Im not too excited for the day that i have to take my name tag off.
So this transfer is coming to a close already, only two more weeks. I´m not sure what will happen.. I have a gut feeling if we turn this transfer out with good grades i´ll be getting transfered. I don´t really want to be, i want to complete my work here and really keep changing this branch until it hits its potential. My companion is doing good, he is being the same old haha He is a companion that ive had that really has no emotion.. but thats okay.. he just thinks aboiut his girlfriend, and gets cards like each wek and packages from her filled with perfume.. yeah, he is one of them haha. Its been getting on my nerves, ive kinda gone off on him for it.. but whatever. We are working well together, thats what matters.
On tuesday I did a division with Ponte Nova another city here because they are huge slackers and I had to bring them up again, so we worked a ton we came out of the division with them lading the district, it was really really good. But at the end of the week they fell really bad aand went back to being the same.. so i´ll have to crack some heads this district meeting.. The district should have some baptisms this week, if the math is righjt should be 6! Its actually really goo dfor this area. Lets see how it goes.
Anyway, Harry and Kendra you asked fro any good stories huh? So something really interesting happened this week in Viçosa.. mom please dont get worried. I hope I dont repent for telling you guys this, but i know its okay. Anyway, so the big drug trafficer here in This area of Brasil lives in my area.. and he was murdered this week, and his other brother died two years ago too. Because this big bad guy died the side of town that he lives in "his gang" is going to battle against the other side of twon, bu the really interesting thing is that the older brother of the drug dealer that know one knew about lives in são paolo and he is coming to the city of viçosa to avenge his brothers death.. should be pretty interesting. The people are thinking that there will be a war here in the city.. but im know we will be okay, there literally isnt anything to worry abou tmom, im doing great :) Trust in me haha But thats all i have to say today!
