Mission life is wicked great guys. My Companion, Elder Roberts, and I are working super hard and have 6 investigators with a baptismal date for the 25 of February, two families and one other guy. All of them are awesome. Two days ago we went to one of the families younger daughter who is 10 years old birthday party and had lots of Carnesada (I can't spell mexican dishes, but its really good meat). This same family, we are teaching, we had did the Restoration lesson with them, which was one of the best experiences on my mission so far. During the lesson I was about to start the first vision and As I said "I saw a pillar of light..." I felt like the Holy Spirit just took over and pierced his heart with truth and it was said perfectly, and after a few seconds of silence, after finishing the first vision, Ignacio (16 year old Investigator) just said "Woah, I just felt that" and took some time and I witnessed the Holy Spirit Work within him. It was very neat to see it from my perspective happen so powerfully.
The whole week we did 12 lessons and last week 13, and we are trying to get to 20 only to measure our work, the people we teach are genuine lessons that are not written out and we follow specific guidelines towards our investigators, but we teach by following the spirit and understand their circumstances and needs in order for us to help them come closer to Jesus Christ. And also we are involving the Members of this Ward to fellowship them and help them aquaint themselves to our services. For example, Ignacio and his family are going to FHE with a Member tonight with us. And Ignacio is not from Nacho Libre, haha.
So Elder Tanner is hanging out still in Saco? he has been there since I was home! Tell him i haven't heard from him in awhile and I want him to write me. And also, I have noticed, that all the mail I have sent out has not all been recieved, and if someone is expecting a letter from me, I probably sent it and it didn't go and gotten lost somewhere, I cannot keep track of it, but I try I love all you, but inform my mom and she can tell me. I usually write back as soon as possible.
Oh man, this member took us to eat at this resturant called the "Orange County Mining Co." Super good steak there, you should check it out.
By the way mamma lama, where is my SD card I sent out a long time ago that has my MTC expiernce all on it, If you can send it out, and maybe with all the other stuff I asked for, I love you. And I can use some of those pics of kim-lickens jujitsu-ing. And Grant I got a present for you all ready to go you president.

OH I FINISHED THE BOOK OF MORMON on friday! for my first time. and started it over again and also started the Book of Matthew.
Matthew 6: 4 "That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly."
I find it hard sometimes when you are doing something in service to others and you know its right, but you still look for self gratification. Even though you know its right we should always be mindful to show humility, in a manner where we should do service and expect nothing or even less, and not show it but do it because you have the pure love of christ which will never faileth. Its the natural man that gets us to gain self gratification, which is happiness that is not true, true happiness comes from God, which comes though faith. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
