Hey Everyone!
How is everyone doing? I hope everyone is doing very well out there. Things are going very well, we have been working very hard.
The pictures that I have attached are of me and my comp and a famous metro station here in Sao Paulo. It is called ´´Luz`` and it is the equivalent of the Grand Central Station in New York City. The other picture is of me and a missionary that I am living with. His name is Elder Souza, we climbed to the highest part in my area and took that cool picture of us studying up there. I felt like survivor man taking that picture. I had to leave my camera and run over to take the pic. And the last one is another picture of my area, and I hope it shows you guys well how many hills there are here! My knees have been killing me lately because of how many hills we have been going home. I have been feeling really old..... Just like Grandpa.
So for school, I would prefer to do my first semester in southern maine, and then transfer out to Provo after Christmas. That would be ideal for me, that way I will have a lot of time to work and save up for school, and stuff like that.
Sunday I gave the Elder´s Quorum class on sacrifice. I used the object lesson that Joni Hill did awhile back when she put the rock in everybody´s shoes, and had everyone suck on a piece of candy. I had all the old men do that, and it was really funny to see how much they all complained. I had some candy left over from my package and I decided to use it. Everyone loved it.
There aren ´t a whole lot of new things going on around here. Tomorrow we have Zone Conference, and thats about it. Just the same old missionary work. We have been searching really hard to find people to be baptized, but here it has been proving to be a real test to find the elect. I hope soon we will have one.
