Short and sweet this week...

As a mom, I look forward to p-days and getting my weekly email. Last week's was very long and detailed and included a spiritual thought. I really like that! As it was getting late in the day today, I was wondering if he would write at all, I have to give thanks for even the 'short and sweet'. It means he is doing well and is busy. So here it is.... Luckily, I got a supplemental email from a lady in the mtc last night with some very nice words to say about jake. Those additional emails from people he associates with mean so much to me. Here's Jake...I mean, Elder Kenning. :-)

Greetings, its a me again, like last week and next week yo. This is my last week of the transfer, concluding 6 weeks out in the field and half way through my training.
So i forgot to bring my usb cable to transfer pictures again. haha. oops, but I have some great pictures especially some of the ones at the Community Christmas Celebration hosted by our church, which was fantastic. This celebration last three days, so on Fri, Sat, Sun it was 5-9pm and it was all choirs and nativities and this really cool room that had only pictures of Christ in it and once someone would walk in there they would immediately whisper without being told too. The turnout was good, about half of the many people were non-members.
Earier this week I made Tortillas for my companion and then after we made tacos, it was deliceous.
I don't have a lot of time today to write and to answer questions. so it will wait next week.
(Here Jake is responding to my question when I asked him what he'd like for Christmas) Speaking of gifts tho, A missionary like me would like, gift cards, and um this pen that has a very fine point but the ink is very black, and i'm still thinking, maybe a tie clip or wacky socks or .... i don't know, I don't need a cd player we already have one. (As his mom, I'm thinking this is not very much to go on...hahaha)
